    It is no longer needed.

Notes on Conditional Content

I have recently implemented this in conjunction with Tabs and Accordions typically as follows - ConditionalContent highlighted:

{show condition="march-june"}{tab-season title="Spring" open="true"}{show-else}{tab-season title="Spring"}{/show}

Thus when Joomla is parsing this line it needs to use CondtionalContent BEFORE Tabs and Accordions.

To ensure this, set the position [viz ordering] of Condional Content BEFORE Tabs and Accordions. Select System, Plugins, and then the easiest way is to filter using the word "system", and click Conditional Content to edit and set its position to FIRST.
